5. Project Timeline and Revisions

6. Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of terms. Refunds will be prorated for completed work.
7. Warranties and Liability

We guarantee that all work is original and does not infringe on third-party rights. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
LOKA's liability is limited to the total project fee. We are not liable for:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia before resorting to litigation.
